Shedavi.com has a Shipping and Return Policy. For returns, it is stated that they do not accept returns or issue refunds on products once payment has been accepted. However, if a product is damaged upon receiving in the mail, customers are advised to contact them at their support email.
In terms of shipping, orders are typically processed within 48 business hours and shipped via various carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, SurePost, or First Class USPS. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed. The package should arrive within 5 business days after processing has been completed. However, due to Covid-19 Prevention Policy, delivery of packages can now take up to 20 business days due to heavy carrier delays. If no movement has occurred by the 20th day, they will send a new package via 3-day shipping in the United States only. They ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
For international shipping, the package should arrive within 10-30 business days after processing has been completed. Occasionally, package delivery can be longer due to customs. Shedavi is not responsible for any customs, duties, and/or taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If there are missing items from the delivery, customers are advised to contact them within 7 business days from the date of delivery. They will not be able to accommodate if they are not contacted within this time frame. Photos of the package will be required.
For missing packages, once delivery is confirmed for the package, they cannot send out an additional package if the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
